Calling all early modern postgraduate research students at Edinburgh University! On Tuesday 12th January, the Edinburgh Early Modern Network will be hosting an evening of lightning talks (around 5-10 min each), to showcase the research of the university's PGR early modernists. The event will be held virtually at 5.15pm.
If you would like to present your research at our lightning talks session, please send in a 150-word abstract and a few sentences about yourself to early.modern@ed.ac.uk by Tuesday 1st December.
Don't worry if you haven't conducted your primary research yet, or if you don't have any findings to share at this stage, as you can speak about any aspect of your research project, including the research that you hope to undertake later in your studies.
All Edinburgh PGR students are welcome to send in their abstract. We are particularly keen to hear from new MScR and PhD students.
